All orders are shipped with standard mail. they usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Adelina offer free standard shipping in 60+ countries. If you need faster mail DHL/Fedex/UPS Express service are also available. It will generate around $15. Please also notice that standard mail are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price. But upgraded express mail service will sometimes charge additional fee at your end. Please refer to their official website.

All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
